Volleyball training skills
On volleyball training we learnt how to block dance jokes i meant serve pass our couch are named Elena seine we may road free lucky to have these and we also learnt how to pass here is a picture of the skills.The picture below is how you pass so riss together than hit make sure relax before your the balls comes to you and then you hit it awesome next skill.This picture below is how you hit the ball the volleyball.make sure you take a great hit.and now this one is how you past.thanks for looking at my blog please comment down below
